Hodgson Mill White Whole Wheat FlourYesterday I shared my recipe for Peanut Butter Fudge Bars using Hodgson Mill White Whole Wheat Flour. My husband declared my recipe better than my original version. He says the texture of the bar is “melt in your mouth good.” I think I am going to declare that recipe a keeper.

I have some great news. The folks at Hodgson Mill have offered up a prize package for one of you guys. One I Heart Kitchen reader will win $25 worth of assorted Hodgson Mill products in your choice of gluten free or whole wheat products.

Entry is simple! You just need to complete the task below. You can get an additional entry – just make sure you comment to let me know you have completed the task. As a reminder, comments left on Facebook, Twitter or other posts will not be included.  I will choose the four winners on Wednesday 12/18 at 11 pm.

REQUIRED ENTRY:

  • Leave a comment letting me know your favorite recipe that you’d use Hodgson Mill White Whole Wheat Flour to make?

OPTIONAL ENTRY:

  •  Tweet the following – I just entered to win a Hodgson Mill prize pack from @iHeartKitchen #GRAINHoliday http://tinyurl.com/o58yz8k

I was provided with products from Hodgson Mill. No other compensation was provided. This post is part of my entry into the “Have GRAIN Holiday” Recipe Contest. All comments and opinions are my own.

I love to cook and lately I’ve used flour for: baked eggplant (flour, egg and seasoned panko) and homemade noodles/ravioli! I’d use this for a lot of things:)
