BLT Pasta Salad

- 16 oz pasta - your favorite shape
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 -2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- Cook the pasta according to directions. Drain and run under cold water to cool
- While the pasta is cooking, make your dressing.
- Mix the yogurt, garlic, ranch seasoning and lemon juice until combined.
- Add the cooked pasta, tomatoes and spinach to a large bowl and toss with the prepared dressing.
- Refrigerate for 4 - 6 hours before serving.
- Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon before serving.
